For the Busy Blonde Brittany, living in  Idaho is as good as it gets. This longtime resident and businesswomen  knows the treasure valley inside and out and understands what makes each community unique. As a wife of a builder, Brittany and  her team are the first to know of new up and coming projects. With over  two decades in experience Brittany had held other positions in the real  estate industry such as title and escrow and is still currently Notary to the Public.  

It’s her  passion for life that makes her a true force in real estate - and it’s  no surprise she’s a real estate professional. Thanks to the  concierge-level service and intimate knowledge of residential and investment properties, she’s created a very comfortable environment  for her clients and especially first time home buyers.

She defines  herself by passion, an asset which has been invaluable to her clients  and colleagues. Brittany knows it takes the right professional to help  clients connect with their goals. With years in sales and marketing Brittany brings an extensive background in  negotiating to the table.

Katie has had a connection to real estate throughout her entire  professional career. She started as one of the first Transaction  

Coordinators for a major nationwide brokerage at the age of 19, learning  all the “ins-and-outs” of real estate contracts. Katie has worked in  many other aspects of the real estate industry such as being an Office  Administrator for a high producing brokerage office, marketing, health  and retirement benefits for agents, as well as loan processing. She has  held many different positions in the real estate business which gives  her an advantage to help provide the highest quality of knowledge and  service to her clients. Having many years of experience in the real  estate field, she has many connections to other agents and resources  throughout different states. 

When she and her  family moved to the Treasure Valley, Katie followed her passion and  decided to move to the sales side of real estate. 

Katie  stays involved in her community, has participated in Habitat for  Humanity, and is an active member of her Homeowner’s Association. She  has helped many clients, friends, and their family members with buying  and/or selling their properties. Having relocated herself, Katie  sincerely enjoys helping others relocate to the Treasure Valley from  surrounding states. She is a pleasure to work with and most of her  business comes from client referrals. 

Katie  enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and son, especially fishing,  paddle boarding, and exploring all the beautiful lakes that Idaho has  to offer. She loves meeting new people, attending concerts, and going on  road trips!
